Tabatha Maxwell, CFRE, MPH
Interim Director of Philanthropy
Tabatha serves as Interim Director of Philanthropy at Rose Hill Foundation, where she leads fundraising and community engagement efforts in support of Rose Hill Center’s mission. She joined the organization in January 2025 as Annual Giving and Community Engagement Manager and brings a strong background in nonprofit development, donor relations, grant management, and event fundraising. She also launched and oversees the Rose Hill Alumni Program, helping former residents stay connected to one another and to the Rose Hill community while fostering ongoing support and engagement.
Tabatha holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan-Flint and a Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Administration from Alma College. She is also a Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE), the only globally recognized credential for fundraising professionals, demonstrating her commitment to ethical and effective fundraising practices.
Outside of her professional role, Tabatha is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Detroit Chapter and serves on the City of Flushing Parks and Recreation Committee. Since 2022, she has also volunteered as a youth Upward Basketball coach, reflecting her passion for community involvement and mentorship.
