MSW Social Work Clinician
The Social Work Clinician provides full-time clinical services in our Residential Rehabilitation Program with small caseloads within our residential campus setting; no home visits. Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, sensitivity for confidential information, and effective interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MSWord and Excel are required. Accuracy and attention to detail are a must.
This position reports to the Clinical Director. Duties include:
- Developing treatment goals
- Conduct therapy
- Facilitating groups
- Working with families
- Complete required assessments on residents
Education Requirements:

- LLMSW, LMSW or other mental health professional with current state licensure
- Experience working with persons with mental health / behavioral health diagnoses preferred
Team Support Specialist
Team Support Specialists are the primary support providers to our residents. Team Support Specialists work hard every day to offer emotional support and help them achieve and maintain their highest level of independence. This is accomplished by supporting their individualized goals through our work team activities, group therapies, and engagement in social activities. Team Support Specialists demonstrate the ability to engage residents in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of illness or phase of recovery and use principles of trauma-informed care and a willingness to support and assist residents with trauma-related issues. Rose Hill provides a great opportunity for students in social work, nursing and other health care programs to gain valuable experience working in mental health, learning about psychiatric medication administration, and other aspects of mental health care. No physical ADL care is required when working in the Team Support Specialist role.
- Starting compensation is $13.75/hour; shift premium paid on 2nd and 3rd shifts
