Rose Hill is located on over 400 acres in Holly, MI and considered to be a therapeutic farm community. The program provides medication support, education, and training to help people from all over the country achieve their highest level of independence. The program is accredited through the Joint Commission and licensed by the State of Michigan.

Residents are supported in their individualized goals through work team activities, group therapies, and engagement in social activities. Full-time Administrative Assistant

This position provides a full range of office management and administrative assistance for the President and CEO, the Board of Directors, and certain members of the Leadership Team, and reports to the President and CEO. This position maintains corporate and Board of Directors records, including preparing meeting notices, recording and transcribing meeting minutes of various committees, maintain scheduling calendars for the President and CEO and other members of the Leadership Team, maintain records of major contracts and various licensures and participate in preparation of accreditation inspections, maintain and manage corporate policies and procedures manuals, provide back-up to incoming calls and visitors in the absence of the Admissions Coordinator and Receptionist, prepare periodic reports and other meeting resources.

The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, anticipate deadlines and manage multiple tasks and priorities within prescribed timeframes; demonstrate flexibility and the ability to respond appropriately to unexpected requests and situations; work cooperatively and interdependently with staff and Board of Directors to achieve desired outcomes; accurately record and transcribe information and has familiarity with Board functions and common practice.

Education:  Associates or Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent education and experience.

Full-time Sales, Marketing, and Admissions Assistant

This position supports the sales, marketing, and admissions functions through communications with referral sources, families, prospective patients and provides sales support to the Admissions Team. This position reports to and receives direction from the Director of Outreach and Communications. This position answers and responds to incoming calls, emails, and website inquiries regarding services offered by Rose Hill Center and screen inquiries to determine qualification of services and provide information and direction and refer qualified potential applicants to the Admissions Team. This position includes data entry and data management, including creating reports, and participating in sales and marketing events.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, phone skills, and the ability to provide general information about Rose Hill’s programs; work collaboratively and interdependently with patients and families, employees, and referral sources; and demonstrate strong organizational skills in project management and the ability to meet sensitive deadlines.

Education: Sales, marketing or related degree or coursework preferred.
Experience: Related experience in sales and marketing required; sales and marketing experience within a non-profit health care setting preferred, but not required.

Part-time Accounting Clerk

This position provides general support to and receives direction from the Controller. This position gathers monthly occupancy data for billing submission and acts as liaison with a third-party insurance billing vendor; creates bills and invoices for clinical services and monthly living cost; and assists with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks and special projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to anticipate deadlines and manage multiple tasks and priorities within prescribed timeframes and the ability to identify and solve claims processing issues, while demonstrating flexibility and the ability to respond appropriately to unexpected requests and situations.

Team Support Specialist

Team Support Specialists are the primary support providers to our residents. Team Support Specialists work hard every day to offer emotional support and help them achieve and maintain their highest level of independence. This is accomplished by supporting their individualized goals through our work team activities, group therapies, and engagement in social activities. Team Support Specialists demonstrate the ability to engage residents in a welcoming, hopeful, empathetic manner regardless of illness or phase of recovery and use principles of trauma-informed care and a willingness to support and assist residents with trauma-related issues. Rose Hill provides a great opportunity for students in social work, nursing and other health care programs to gain valuable experience working in mental health, learning about psychiatric medication administration, and other aspects of mental health care. No physical ADL care is required when working in the Team Support Specialist role.

  • Starting compensation is $12.25/hour; shift premium paid on 2nd and 3rd shifts
