Rebecca Fuentes

Director of Admissions

Rebecca serves as the Admissions Director at Rose Hill Center, bringing four years of experience in the mental health field and a strong background in leadership, service, and admissions. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, followed by a Master’s degree in General Psychology from Purdue University Global.

She began her career in Raleigh, North Carolina, working at a UHS inpatient psychiatric hospital. After transitioning into admissions, she advanced from clinician to assistant director and then director, developing a deep understanding of the admissions process and the importance of compassionate support for individuals and families seeking care.

In addition to her mental health experience, she has a diverse professional background that includes 14 years of service in the Army Reserve, where she served as Military Police for 12 years and in Psychological Operations for two years. She also spent 11 years in account management with a credit union before pursuing her passion for psychology and mental health.

After relocating to Holly, Michigan, she continued working remotely for UHS while also working part-time at Rose Hill Center as a Behavioral Technician. In 2024, she officially joined Rose Hill and later became Admissions Director, where she now helps guide prospective residents and families through the admissions process with professionalism, empathy, and care.

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, camping, traveling, and kayaking, and she is always looking forward to experiencing new things. She is married to her best friend, Miguel, and together they are the proud parents of a teenage son and twin 7-year-old daughters. Their family also includes two dogs and a bearded dragon named Taco.

One of her favorite quotes is from George Bernard Shaw: “Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.”
