With over 12 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development, Ethan has dedicated his career to expanding access to behavioral healthcare. Prior to joining Rose Hill Center in 2025, he held leadership roles with nationally recognized organizations including Charlie Health and AMFM Healthcare, where he launched new territories, built high-performing teams, and developed growth strategies throughout the Midwest and Nationally.

Ethan’s work is driven by both professional experience and personal connection. Having navigated his own mental health challenges as an adolescent and experienced various levels of care firsthand, he understands the importance of finding the right support at the right time. He believes that meaningful relationships, evidenced-based care, and community are at the heart of healing, making Rose Hill Center’s mission a natural fit.

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Michigan State University’s Executive MBA program, Ethan enjoys reading, hiking, fly fishing, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, and traveling. He has visited more than 35 countries and considers Michigan’s Leelanau Peninsula one of the most beautiful place’s in the world. Ethan and his wife, Bailey, are the proud parents of their daughter, Astoria, and share their home with two dogs, Blu and Cylo.
