LMSW, Vice President of Clinical Operations

Laura Goldie is a licensed clinical and macro social worker who has dedicated more than 15 years to supporting adults living with serious mental health conditions. She began her career at Rose Hill Center working directly alongside residents and has carried the lessons from those early experiences throughout her leadership journey. Today, as Vice President of Clinical Operations, Laura helps guide programs that recognize each person’s strengths, honor individual goals, and create meaningful opportunities for lasting recovery.

Laura earned her Master of Social Work from Michigan State University and has experience across multiple levels of behavioral health care. She has received extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT). Her leadership is grounded in the belief that effective treatment begins with genuine human connection, dignity, hope, and the understanding that recovery looks different for every person.

Throughout her career, Laura has advocated for greater access to comprehensive, high-quality mental health services. She has served on several boards, including the Mental Health Association of Michigan, and has supported efforts to expand insurance coverage for residential treatment and other essential levels of care.

At Rose Hill Center, Laura works alongside a dedicated interdisciplinary team to strengthen person-centered, evidence-based services. She is passionate about creating environments where people feel seen and supported, develop confidence in their abilities, and build lives defined not by a diagnosis, but by purpose, connection, and possibility.
