Tiffany Zalac
Director of Operations
Since joining Rose Hill Center in June 2022, Tiffany has brought a deep commitment to helping others feel supported, valued, and cared for. While Rose Hill marked her first professional experience in the mental health field, her background in geriatric care and childcare shaped her strong sense of compassion, advocacy, and service. She believes it is a privilege to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life through her work.
Her career path began in many ways through motherhood, where she learned the importance of advocating for someone with a small voice. That experience inspired her continued work with people across different stages of life, first in childcare and later in geriatric care, before transitioning to Rose Hill Center.
In addition to her role at Rose Hill, she serves as the Campus Safety Officer, leads the Campus Safety Action Team, and participates on the Long-Range Planning Committee. Through these responsibilities, she helps support a safe, thoughtful, and forward-looking campus environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, boating, hosting get-togethers, and spending time with family and friends. She is happily married and has two adult children.
