James Kubicek
President and CEO
Jim brings more than 40 years of leadership experience in the mental health field to Rose Hill Center, with a career spanning both public and private sectors. As an executive leader, he has guided clinical programs, strengthened organizational operations, and helped advance mission-driven services for individuals living with mental health conditions.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Marquette University and later completed his master’s degree at the University of Wisconsin. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, he began his career working with individuals living with mental illness in a homeless shelter, an experience that continues to inform his person-centered leadership approach and commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
Since joining Rose Hill Center in 2024, he has focused on supporting the organization’s long-term vision, strengthening its continuum of care, and ensuring that Rose Hill remains a trusted resource for individuals and families seeking residential mental health treatment. He also serves on the Rose Hill Center and Rose Hill Foundation Boards, contributing to organizational governance, strategic planning, and stewardship of the mission.
Outside of his professional work, he enjoys watching and playing sports, woodworking, and spending time with his wife, two adult sons, dog, and cat.
