Jim Janetzke
Chief Financial Officer
Jim Janetzke brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across healthcare, mental health, education, and nonprofit organizations. Known for his thoughtful, steady leadership style, Jim has built a career helping mission-driven organizations strengthen their operations, plan strategically, and create a strong foundation for long-term success. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from Oakland University. Over the years, he has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Interim Chief Executive Officer, consultant, and board member.
Jim joined Rose Hill in 2026 and is honored to support an organization whose work changes lives every day. He is especially passionate about helping purpose-driven teams thrive through strong stewardship, collaboration, and a clear sense of mission.
Outside of work, Jim enjoys basketball, golf, travel, University of Michigan athletics, and most of all, spending time with his wife, Stacy, their family, and their grandson.
