Leanne Chapman
Marketing & Communications Manager
Leanne Chapman serves as Marketing & Communications Manager for Rose Hill, where she leads brand strategy, organizational messaging, digital communications, and community outreach efforts that strengthen awareness, engagement, and connection. She brings a thoughtful, mission-driven approach to storytelling, helping translate the impact of Rose Hill’s work into clear, compassionate, and meaningful messages for residents, families, donors, referral partners, and the broader community.
In addition to her leadership in marketing and communications, Leanne is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), bringing valuable clinical insight into her role. She earned both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Wayne State University. Her background in behavioral health deepens her ability to communicate with empathy, accuracy, and purpose, while ensuring that Rose Hill’s messaging reflects the dignity, complexity, and humanity of the individuals it serves. She is also a passionate advocate for mental health awareness and recovery, committed to reducing stigma and helping more people feel seen, supported, and understood.
Outside of work, Leanne finds joy and renewal in spending time outdoors, especially hiking with her dog and kayaking on Michigan’s lakes, where she feels most grounded and connected to nature.
“I believe there is something deeply healing about nature and the presence of animals—they remind us to slow down, feel grounded, and reconnect with ourselves in meaningful ways.”
