Mental Health Residential Facilities
Transitional Living Program (TLP)
Patients in the Transitional Living Program live in one of our town houses on our campus. They must engage in meaningful daily activity for a minimum of 20 hours per week. Emphasis is placed on working at paid employment, attending school or volunteering in the community. Transitional Living patients work cooperatively with a housemate to plan meals and set housekeeping schedules. They also take responsibility for planning a budget and paying bills.
Extended Residential Rehabilitation
Our Extended Residential Rehabilitation Program has proven to be an important option for those people who, despite showing improvement in the Residential Rehabilitation Program, still require a moderate level of staff assistance to structure their days.
Three extended mental health residential facilities, all located on Rose Hill’s campus, accommodate up to 23 patients. Each house provides:
- Round-the-clock supervision
- Organized social and volunteer activities
- Community meals
- Medication monitoring in a safe and supportive setting
