Rose Hill Center, a psychiatric residential rehabilitation facility in Holly Township, employs over 60 people in full-and part-time positions ranging from case managers and support staff to kitchen, maintenance and grounds keeping workers.
We offer a comprehensive orientation and training program for all new employees. Topics include medication identification, therapeutic expectations and administration, recipient rights, CPR, first aid, behavior modification and more. Periodic in-service training keeps the staff updated in all topics related to the care of people with mental illness.
KITCHEN SUPPORT STAFF. This is a part-time position. Starting wage is $10 per hour. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in food service, basic computer skills, have a flexible schedule and be available evenings and weekends. JOB SKILL INSTRUCTOR. Applicants must be a Certified Job Coach, have a associates degree or relevant 2 years experience. General Statement of Duties: Provide support and assistance to assigned residents to increase their level of independence by providing instruction in pre-employment skills, job search assistance and independent living skills. Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide instruction in pre- employment skills
Provide job coaching
Coordinate MRS assessments
Provide support as needed to increase residents’ employment retention
Provide instructions in independent living skills
- Facilitate and Coordinate Health Education classes
- Responsible for the annual budget for resident education
- Support the clinical program, enabling residents to achieve treatment goals
Document activity and residents’ progress and participate in treatment planning
Provide personal care and protection of the residents
Provide transportation for residents, as needed
Coordinate GED, High School diploma and College Classes for residents
Other duties as assigned

HOUSE COORDINATOR – Rose Hill Center in Holly Township has an opening for a House Coordinator. Starting wage is $12 per hour. This position functions as a member of the clinical team and provides supervision to the residents. Responsibilities include checking in medications as they arrive, maintaining the medication cart to make sure items that are needed are available, checking physician orders, perform safety drills as required and ensure safety of residents. Direct Care Training and Crisis Management skills are a plus. Requirements are an associates degree, 3 years in a home setting for adults with a mental illness, ability to pass an FBI background check and drug screen, and possess a valid driver’s license.
